Jack W. Sparks, I Principal engineer for The Design of all types of Process and Conveying Equipment for Industrial applications. Dr. Sparks has been the Principal Engineer at SERF for over 27 years and has designed equipment for Unique and extensive aspects of Process, ASME Code and Conveying applications for the Paper, Textile, Chemical, Heavy Manufacturing systems, and Industrial Building construction in hundreds of projects.

James Arnold

Project Manager – Shop and Field Supervisor and welding specialist with over 40 years of hand on welding experience including stick, tig and mig processes. Mr. Arnold is experienced in the manufacture of all types of process tanks, mechanical systems, pipe and conveying equipment and the installation of such equipment. Mr. Arnold also acts as supervisor for both manufacturing and field installation projects.

   
Scott Morgan

Project Manager – Scott is our lead project supervising manager for manufacturing and field construction services. His project assignments include fabrication and repair of ASME Code pipe, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers, mechanical conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, storage tanks, heaters, steel stairs and platforms. Scott has twenty years experience in plant projects for textile, chemical and paper requiring industrial support services.


D. Alan Sparks Specialist in ASME and Boiler code standards and quality control requirements and documentation. Provides principal reviews for standards of manufacturing and procedures for ASME and other standards including Safety code standards. Plant purchasing agent and project estimator for manufacturing and construction.

Pat Melvin -Carolus Company accountant responsible for all Project cost billing and human resource matters. Provides customers’ project documentation and organization for billing and review for clients’ projects. Responsibility also includes accounts receivable, accounts payable and is the company’s web design and network administrator.

Joe Czech, I Experienced Auto Cad designer for plant layout and equipment design including Mechanical and Civil layout of the installation of Process and Conveying Equipment. A Working model specialist for machine and component motion including dynamic studies required for operation and application of Equipment and presentations for manufacturing.

Jack (Wesley) Sparks, II Experience and training includes PC in real time for 2D and 3D animation for Equipment design and presentation for evaluation in development. Photo Modeler experience for Machine and component development presentation. Additional work includes Auto cad for general layout and installation development of Process and Conveying Equipment.
