Dr. Sparks received his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 and has been the owner and principal engineer for SERF since 1972. He is registered with the state of Florida as a Professional Engineer, General and Mechanical Contractor. As principal engineer, he has extensive experience in the design and analysis of process equipment and mechanical machinery and manufacturing procedures. Dr. Sparks is also an Accident Reconstruction Forensic Engineer, Professional Mechanical Consultant and Expert Witness. Our support staff consists of Engineering, Design, and Technical Research for analytical solutions including documentation from computers and Computer Aided Design output. Our manufacturing group provides the finished product encompassing Planning, Quality Control, Assembly, and Certified Welding and Testing.
